That's how many calories I have taken in today...not bad! I have more Jello, too, so that's good. I joined website and it says how many calories I have to eat each day in order to lose two pounds a week. Granted, I haven't exercised, so its not entirely accurate, BUT, I know if I eat around this much each day, I'll notice some differences. I think I'll work out everyday after school, but take the weekends off. So that way I can relax and get other things done and hang out with friends. Also, on the weekends, I think I'll take it easy on the calorie counting.

I'm not in this for calorie counting by the way, I just will use it for a few weeks or until I can keep a handle on how 'bad' each food I eat really is. But hey, I did well today for day one. Now that I've seen how many calories I've taken in, I really didn't do too shabby.

Day one----SUCCESS! Whoo!
