1. Lose in all 5 inches BY March 1st
2. Give compliments, even if I don't receive any
3. Get my homework done
4. Keep my room clean
5. Make healthy choices (food-wise and for everything else)
6. Make myself happy, I'm doing this for me, not anyone else.
I'll come up with more as time goes on.
It's only day one in 10 minutes.

I'm excited to get this started up, I think I'll start my exercise by speed-cleaning my room.
Oh yeah, I'm going to use a calorie counter, too. Well, just to start out with, so I can get an idea of how many calories I am really taking in.
I promise, these entries will get better and better as this whole shin-dig begins, it's early on with the program, I'm just a beginner.
