Motivations for losing weight:
1. looking better in shirts
2. looking better in skinny jeans (I think I look alright in them, but I want to have a more of a "rocker" style)
3. look better in skirts
4. move around easier
5. look more graceful
6. DANCE IN PUBLIC
7. not have to second guess myself
8. get admiration from guys (and men ;DD)
9. go to the beach and look/feel sexy
10. get into a bikini
11. buy clothes at nice stores (like American Eagle, True Religion, Macys...hell, the juniors section!)
12. go into any store and find my size
13. be able to do fitness-y things without being worn out after only a little bit
I'll add more to this list as the days go on, but for now, this is it.
I need to look at these lists and chose between the food or these goals...hmmm?
