More for day 1 (11/21/09)

To make the reading of this easier, I'll change the date for each new day, and in between each day I'll use word titles, make sense? You'll catch on. Not that anyone is really reading this, but maybe someone will. They'll be searching the web and come across this, who. really. knows.

Other things I have eaten today:
'x' amount of Cough drops
a PB&J sandwich (probably my last one for a while, those are PACKED with calories...)
a cup of coffee

I'm doing okay, but the day is hardly over and I'm already nearing the end of my 'allowed' calories. I think we're having hamburgers for dinner, so I should just have one, and eat another one later on or tomorrow.

Oh yeah, I need to eat slow! The slower you eat, the faster you get filled, meaning, that I can get filled QUICKER by eating LESS. Let's see if this works. Also, I need to drink more water, water is supposed to fill you up, too. Let's see how that goes, too.

I'm kind of glad I'm making this public. I won't post it on Facebook, just yet. I'm not embarrassed that I need to lose weight (it's pretty obvious), but I feel motivated by putting this out there. Idon't want to let people down that know about this blog.

Though, just as much as I am excited, I'm also anxious. I just want to be smaller ALREADY. I think I might start working out in a couple weeks, once I get everything in track and all of this craziness is over, hey, maybe I'll start next week since we get out of school early.





Things I like about myself:
- My height
- My ankles (I'm glad they aren't cankles I guess, hahaha)
- My eyes
- I'm smarter than people think, so that throws them off
- I'm a 14-year old taking advanced sophomore classes, skills desu nee!
- I've gained independence
- I've broken out of my shell
