Oh yeah!

I forgot to put up photos and take measurements, but I think I'll just record my results at the end of every week. So be on the look-out when Saturdays come around!

Another part of this beauty, healthiness thing is my cosmetic hygiene. I'm going to buy more foundation tomorrow, pluck and reshape my eyebrows and just look my best EVERYDAY, even if I'm wearing jeans and a t-shirt.

I think my biggest goal, well, I have two:

1. Join an African Dance team during the summer. Hopefully I can get in shape enough to where I can move freely, my goal is to have this done by July 1st

2. Make a website dedicated to my singing. I'm NOT a good singer, but I'm convinced I can teach myself how to have a good voice. Not a great one, just a mediocre one ;] I want this to be done, by...let's say...March 25th. Random date, but that gives me a few months to perfect a song, then another and another and another and another, you get it.

You know, this isn't just going to be about my weightloss, I'll incorporate how I change mentally, too. I feel that as I start to look better, my mindset will change also. We'll see.

I might get stressed doing this because of school and homework and other various commitments.

But no matter what, I HAVE to record what I eat everyday, no matter, seriously, no matter. what.

In total what I ate for the day:
- a bowl of cheerios, with 1% milk and a tbsp of sugar
- a bowl of chicken noodle soup
- one toasted cheese sandwich with 1 tbsp of margarine, a slice of real cheddar cheese, and on wheat bread
- a small bowl of raspberry jello
- a cup of coffee
- cough drops
- a pb&j sandwich
- one serving of lasagna hamburger helper
- three 'JR' butter, biscuits

Not bad, I suppose.
